Some lenders charge fees along the way for things such as application review, credit checks, appraisals, etc. Do you charge these?

We do not charge any fees other than those listed here, which are all collected at settlement: 1) legal stuff (doc prep & title review), 2) underwriting & deal processing, 3) draw inspections.

Will you run my credit?

Yes, we will run credit and background checks.

How do I make my monthly interest payments?

GPC will automatically pull your monthly interest payments from the bank of your choice via direct debit ACH.

Will you lend on a property held by a self-directed IRA?

Absolutely, though our terms may vary.
