Yes, we will run your credit and background.

» Full scope of work for rehab, broken down into draw phases (use our template or provide your own)

» Direct debit ACH authorization form

What are your loan fees?

We do not charge an application / property valuation fee. We do, however, charge the following fees, payable at settlement:

» $750 - Loan prep & Title review

» $995 - Underwriting & Processing

» $450 - Draw Inspections (3 draws x $150 each)

How do I make my monthly interest payments?

GPC will automatically pull your monthly interest payments from the bank of your choice via direct debit ACH.

Will you lend on a property held by a self-directed IRA?

Absolutely, though our terms may vary.
